After attending Microsoft Inspire in Washington D.C. last July, we walked convinced Microsoft has the right vision to help customers drive their business forward. No doubt Microsoft has transformed itself into a cloud-first, mobile-first business that supports customers on their journey to innovation. While that’s not news, what is new is HOW Microsoft will engage with customers.

Microsoft announced a new Enterprise sales structure that introduces six priority industry verticals:

  1. Manufacturing and Resources
  2. Financial Services
  3. Retail
  4. Government
  5. Healthcare
  6. Education

This shift resonated very well with Inspire attendees, as Microsoft noted that this approach applies across its business, from product teams to sales teams.

From a Quest perspective, this aligns perfectly with our Microsoft platform management portfolio, as we have more than 15 years of experience helping customers in these specific industries migrate, secure and manage their Microsoft environments. We recognize that closely engaging with customers means understanding their business, their market, their competition and their pain points.

So we recently launched four dedicated vertical solution pages to align with Microsoft’s priority industries:

Each of these pages speak to unique market drivers and challenges in each vertical, and showcases vertical-specific case studies and collateral. We plan to launch other solution pages in the future that will cover the rest of Microsoft’s priority verticals.

If you are a Quest partner who specializes in these verticals, check out the solution pages today and leverage the case studies and assets available!
