The important point is that using the Microsoft Office 365 connector, you can do the following:
In addition, this connector allows reading the following information from the Microsoft Office 365:
Together with Office 365 connector, the Office 365 Add-on for ActiveRoles Server is redistributed. This Add-On expands the ActiveRoles Server with a set of virtual attributes, ActiveRoles Server Policies and Access Templates that used to cover the recipient management in the Office 365 instance. To configure this solution, you should use the Add-on application page in the ActiveRoles Server console. On this page you should provide the name of the server, where the Quick Connect installed and information about your Microsoft Office 365 instance. After that the Add-On will automatically configure the synchronization workflow in Quick Connect (connections, provisioning/updating and deprovisioning steps, mapping rules). And you must be sure that all process in the ActiveRoles Server like audit, approval rules, delegation and etc. are applicable to the recipient management.
