Sorry to hear that. When you go to the Help | About | Product License option to apply your license key and site message, are you receiving a specific error?
That does not work.
Nothing happens. None of the links work when I click on them.
I was able to apply the license while trying to use the application.
I am seeing another issue now, I am unable to click on "values" when customizing my alarm.
Is this a bug within 12.4 Spotlight??

We're not aware of any issues related to the Values field in version 12.4. Please keep in mind that the Values field is only available for a subset of alarms, one of them being the 'Database Backup - Days Since Last Full Backup' alarm.
If the Values field is still not enabled when customizing this alarm, then it's best to contact our support team.

It should be available for customizing alarms too right? I believe I've customized those before. Can you confirm?
