An exchange mountability check has gotten stuck canceling, How can i gracefully clear the job and get RR going again?

Hello,

An exchange mountability check has gotten stuck canceling, it has been stuck for a few days. I saw this article where it said to restart the core service. Is this safe to do and the most graceful way to clear the job? It is holding up other jobs and holding up the exchange log truncation.

Thanks for your feedback, we would update but we are still protecting a 2003r2 32bit server which i believe is uncompatible with the latest 6.1 version agent.
