As long as the the agent's pre-reqs can still be installed, and MS VSS is not disabled, this will work yes. The LTSB editions that I have used the agent worked fine as these items were available. If MS disables VSS for LTSB we will not be able to take a snapshot of the disks. At this point in time however I can back up LTSB with RR as the necessary features are available.
