Deleting Agent: Keep tracking changes

When deleting a machine in 6.2, i get the option "Keep tracking changes".

I cant find this in the documentation, does anyone know what it means/does?

    If you do not select this checkbox when deleting an agent then the changelog tracking changes on the disk will be automatically deleted and change logging will be stopped.

    If you select this checkbox when deleting an agent then the changelog will be kept and changes will continue to be tracked. Hence if you add the agent back to the core (say you are removing for troubleshooting purposes), then the agent will be able to take an incremental. This could also be useful when moving an agent from one core to another. Say you remove the agent from protection and tell it to keep tracking changes. Then you archive all the data, then import the data into another core, then protect again. If all goes properly, you will get an incremental rather than a base image.
