My evaluation has ended and I purchased an additional license. I generated the key in my account. The process to register using the right click does not show register. Please advise.

I would suggest to make sure the unlock key is showing in the RemoteScan register window on the local PC. The RemoteScan register window can be viewed by right-clicking the RemoteScan tray icon and then clicking on Register. I would also suggest to make sure the MAC address of the local PC matches what you see in the customer portal under View Registered Licenses. I ended up having to reinstall and then it allowed me to register.
