i have a user that needs to log into two different systems and once logged into the first system, RemoteScan will not work in the other until logged out of the first. RS works fine in both systems, but only the one that is logged into first.
Hi Eric. Thanks for reporting this. RemoteScan should be able to maintain concurrent connections to sessions connected with RDP, Citrix, Horizon, etc. To assist with troubleshooting this, we would probably need to know which particular remote connection clients are in this setup.
What we witness on multiple installations is that we connect via RDWeb to two different hosting centers and we can scan fine into the one that we connect to first, but the second connection does not connect to RS. Do you need any other information?

Hi Eric. I see. This could potentially be a limitation of the RDWeb client. RemoteScan can normally listen for incoming connections from multiple RD connection ports at the same time without a lot of configuration. If this turns out to be a limitation of RDWeb, you can also configure a direct IP connection from the RDWeb session(s) back to your local workstation, though this would usually require that your local PC's IP address be visible to the RDWeb session.
