is there anyway to connect to two different Remote Desktop servers and utilize RemoteScan on both without having to log out of one?

Hi Eric. Thanks for reporting this. RemoteScan should be able to maintain concurrent connections to sessions connected with RDP, Citrix, Horizon, etc. To assist with troubleshooting this, we would probably need to know which particular remote connection clients are in this setup.

What we witness on multiple installations is that we connect via RDWeb to two different hosting centers and we can scan fine into the one that we connect to first, but the second connection does not connect to RS. Do you need any other information?

Hi Eric. Does this same behavior happen with the native RDP client (mstsc.exe), also? We may be able to assist troubleshooting further via Webex by submitting a ticket here:

we cant run mstsc.exe since we are connecting to a hosting center, we hit RDWeb and launch the Apps from there..

Hi Eric. I see. This could potentially be a limitation of the RDWeb client. RemoteScan can normally listen for incoming connections from multiple RD connection ports at the same time without a lot of configuration. If this turns out to be a limitation of RDWeb, you can also configure a direct IP connection from the RDWeb session(s) back to your local workstation, though this would usually require that your local PC's IP address be visible to the RDWeb session.
