RemoteScan Enterprise - Scans in preview - Final scan does compelete

Hi 

Within Citrix device scans in preview under any application, having the Last_Preview.bmp file to confirm

When doing a final scan for example in NAPS2 application says Waiting for Twain to Complete and then nothing forcing to kill NAPS2

In other programs the page pulls through but nothing within the application causing you to close it.

Log file appears ok only think noticed was Looking for MYPC in C:\Windows\RSWorkStationMap.ini got

Seems this file is no where to be found

    As for the missing file, the RSWorkStationMap.ini file, this could also be causing issues with the scanning process. If you need to extract the text from the file to work with it, try ocr service, like smartengines.com/ . Good luck!
