WMI query 'Win32_PerfRawData_PerfOS_Processor' failed: Timed out. (0x40004) [Error Code:262148]

    We see this error from time to time when a server is experiencing processor contention.   I would playback the processes and sort by cpu usage to see what was going on at the time.  It may also be possible that WMI went haywire on the server you are monitoring.
