New user set up

Hi there,

I'm having problems to add a new user to Spotlight for SQL Server Enterprise. I was given a new account by IT as my current account will expire, I've added the new one under the Spotlight Diagnostic Administrators Windows Group, but I still cannot see any connection that I have configured with my other account. The only thing that I see is a pop-up message "Diagnostic Server Offlline", however, I'm sure it's not as I have to Remote Desktop Sessions open (old and new) and everything looks functional on the old account.

After adding my new account to the Windows Group, I restarted the Diagnostic Service, but it made no effect. Any idea how to make it work?
