Delivered in Stat  6.1 as the ability for user to customize labels for Web Client

Ability to define labels for 3 fields: Customer, Alt #, Tracking #

I hear many times from customers that they would like to be able to customize some field labels on the CSR.  Specifically the three are Customer, Alt # and Tracking #.  Different customers use these 3 fields in different ways and they would like to be able to label them as such.

Examples:

CUSTOMER could be Business User, Developer, Tech Lead, etc.

ALT # could be anything

TRACKING # could be SNOW Incident, JIRA Ticket, etc.
