the CSR Console is customized by the Setup button. From here each Tab you like to appear in the CSR Console is grouped by Standard List which can be based on Application, Queue, Task and so on.
In your case, you would like to add columns from the Task to the Queue Tab and this is not possible right now. For sure you can log an Enhancement Request for the future Stat release.
Can we have this enhancement request added so that customers can see hours coulmns for the Stat tickets completed.
