Allow Oracle Home to be selected

Rather than defaulting to the Oracle Home defined first in the Path variable, allow the Oracle Home that Stat should use to be selected. Not all users, particularly where desktops are locked down, have control over have the Path variable is defined and may have many Oracle homes for many DB versions installed.

ORACLE_HOME is defined in the registry. So it has to be changed by the program prior to connecting Stat to the database.

You can write a batch file that changes ORACLE_HOME and then launches stat.exe
