Allow Pre-Migration or Post Migration Step to happen in Background instead of having the user to click button and execute it

Majority  of the Pre Migration /Post Migrations scripts does n't need user intervention. Please provide a option to execute the them in the background (need to be seamless to the user)  .

    It still has to be an optional step.  We have CSRs that have multiple Post Migration objects that will cause the same Post migration to be executed more than once, we just want it to be executed once not multiple times.
