I would like to propose that we can choose whether or not to display the message regarding locks being released when a PeopleSoft CSR is moved to the closed status. I don't know if this is applicable to non-PeopleSoft CSRs or not, but I assume not. ...

We just installed 6.2 and I was really hoping (because there appear to be some overall UI changes!) that a user could set their own default font and size in the application. But I see this isn't the case and I logged a ticket for this, and that was confirmed...

Please enable a way to suppress this message. If a user does not have edit access to CSRs that are not assigned to them, this message that pops up everytime the user assigns the CSR to another person gets really old. It requires another click everytime...
