前提条件　新機能Eメール通知のため、パッケージとしてmuttが必要となりました。

アップグレード手順

サポートポータルからダウンロード
ファイル名：qs_inst_5.1.0.377.bin

事前に手動でmuttと依存パッケージをインストールしてください
