I understand we purchased 5 activations. One person has left the team and his laptop has been rebuilt. A new team member has been recruited. We want the new team member to use Essentials. Please can we have an activation for him? Locked

I have 7 sharepoint sites that I am backing up. one of them freezes at a particular file what can I do to help finish this backup. because it freezes, it holds up backups of the next 2 jobs in its queue Locked
