I had a Visioneer scanner loading and functioning properly, but have changed to an HP ScanJet. I have tried two different models, 4670 and 5470c, and verified that I have the latest TWAIN drivers. The XPe device can see the scanner, but RemoteScan gives me the "SOCKET LISTENING ERROR." I have also reloaded RS after installing new drivers. Anything else I should try?
Yeah.. Let me know a time when we can connect up. email@example.com Or in the meantime.. Turn on "Logging" in the RS Server options dialog and restart RemoteScan. Then goto "About" click "show log files" and send me the files.
Once we connect i'm sure we can get this working. Make sure you have the latest RS Server also if its more then a month or 2 old.
