Computer Client Keeps installing at logoff

We have DA 9.20.1239 installed on some workstations. I am trying to keep this uninstalled.

I remove slogic.bat from the AD account of a user. I uninstall the client from the PC from Programs and Features. It requires me to reboot to complete the process. At log off, DA runs and installs again so it is back after reboot. How do I stop this?

When script runs it creates a logoff script at C:\Users\<account ID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Desktop Authority\SLlogoffScript.cmd and copies it to C:\WINDOWS\system32\GroupPolicy\User\Scripts…
