Unable to update the cert on an Agent MAnager

I'm trying to update the cert on one of my Agent Managers and I'm getting an Access Denied message. I'm running the command from an Admin Command prompt and the NTFS security looks like I have Full Access.

This is the message I'm getting.

Trust this certificate? [no]: Yes
Certificate was added to keystore
keytool error: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Questl\Foglight Agent Manager\jre\1.8.0.121\jre\lib\security (Access is denied)

Anyone run into this before?

Hello Sandy,

FileNotFoundException + "Access is denied" mostly point to a permission issue. Which user do you use to start the FglAM? Does that user have full permissions on the mentioned folder and files…
