Netvault with ddboost in a datadomain 3300

I have a problem integration a fresh new install Netvault 13 with a data domain 3300 using ddboost

In the log says: MsgFormat='DD-Boost library load failed. Please check vendor's platform requirements'

however in our actual Netvault 11 it does work.

Any suggestion ? we already try with the library version of the ddboost from netvault 11.
