Cartridges upload to Foglight Console , Ports Used

Yesterday , we faced a strange issue. While uploading Cartridges to Foglight console, the upload process took around 45 mins and then failed, we suspect there is some port issue.

 

DOes any one have a list of Firewall ports that need to be checked so that Cartridges can be uploaded smoothly?

  • OK, APM is locked down system and such command does not work. As @Darren.Mallette suggested, have you tried to check file system space utilization? df -m?

    If you still having issue to install the cartridge, please feel free to open support ticket and one of our support Engineer will help you troubleshot more
