Filtering alerting for a specific TIDAL job.

I have an SFTP TIDAL job that is being monitored currently that is expected to "complete abnormally" every two hours.  My applications team is asking if I can filter out the alarming for just "completed abnormally" but remain in active alerting for any other issues, such as connectivity (as its an SFTP job...).  I'm new to Foglight, and our head admin is on vacation for 2 weeks.  Anyone able to assist?

    Hello,

    If you only need to filter alarms out on the dashboard view, I would recommend the alarm filter.

     

     

    You can add a filter for each column, means you can filter by agent type, agent name, message, ...

    Once the filter is set and you do not clear it, it will be there the next time you open the dashboard. You can see on the filter icon if a filter is set or not.
