browse failure - failed open network share

I have added a new network share but when I try to browse it I get the following error:

i can confirm that the account that i am using does have access to the network share.

i am new to netvault so some assistance would be appreciated :)

    hi, i have tried that, i know the account that used is has the rights to the network share as i can browse to it. i have also tried another account that also has rights and i get the same error.
    i want to add the cluster name as opposed to the server names (in the event of a failover, i want the backups to continue to work)
