Forum Rapid Recovery core not accessing license portal via proxy server. Why would this just start happening? It just started bypassing the proxy and going straight out all on its own.

Rapid Recovery core not accessing license portal via proxy server. Why would this just start happening? It just started bypassing the proxy and going straight out all on its own.

Both of my backup servers started going out to the firewall instead of the normal route of going through the proxy.

Here is the fix, I had the same issue.

As soon as I upgraded from 5.4.3 to 6.1.3, my proxy server was ignored. Until you add this entry in your Core.Services.exe.config file, the proxy will not work.
