Error: -1

Hi,

We have vRanger Backup & Replication - v7.5.1.0 on physical server

today we receive error:  Error: -1 - An unknown error has occurred.

VM snap was ok, disk space ok, service all ok

No change from yesterday

Any idea

    Hello Edoardo. It looks like we have seen this issue before on a backup where something was going on with the VMware host. In that instance the host was rebooted and things returned to normal for backup operations.

    If you are continuing to see issue, may you please provide the following:
    1. What is the version of vCenter?
    2. What version are the ESX(i) hosts?
    3. Is the error happening for one, some, or all of the backups?
    4. Have there been any recent upgrades or changes in the environment?
