Purge ChangeAuditor.AuditEvent_IX tables

I created a job that purge records older 90 days. It is executed every day at night.
It deleted millions of records from AuditEvent table, but we have AuditEvent_IX tables that have the same records (32 millions).
What can I do for purge AuditEvent_IX tables?
