Errors encountered at data collection. Cannot retrieve the computers list from domain 'domain'.

I see three possible reasons here, configuration, connectivity or permissions.

1. I suppose you have the gathering job that is bound to the site. Please review this site properties. On the Objects tab ensure you have the correct object names ("Domain" or "All DCs in Domain"), it's better to pick the names from the list rather than type.
2. InTrust is able to collect from trusted or non-trusted environment, if you're collecting from the domain that has no trusts with the current one, then automatic enumeration may be impossible, you need to add server from agent side, described here: https://support.quest.com/technical-documents/intrust/11.4/installing-agents-manually 
3. The third one is unlikely, but if you're collecting from the other domain, ensure you've specified the proper account on the Accounts tab of the site to access the site objects.
