I am not able to Click on "Reprocess Failed Items" button in Log Viewer.It seems disable, how to make enable?

     Hi Satyam,

     

    Please try the following steps -

     

    1. Go to Profile Manager > Global Variables > Failed Item Mode turn in into automatic. 

    2. Retry the job

    Hi @Eliza Lucey​ ,

     

    I have tried with that but it's not working for me.Later i tried by clear .metadata folder from Metavis again push credential then it working fine for some span of time, now it's give same issue again.

    Hi Satyam,

     

    I would recommend opening a case to have a support representative take a further look into the issue. You can do this by either going to the customer portal and opening a case from there > metalogix.force.com/.../.

     

    Or you can contact Customer Care to open a support case as well.
