Calendar Sync using Exchange Federation or Quest Calendar Sync job?

Hello,

Just working out in lab, I have a requirement to setup Calendar sync Free/Busy using MS Exchange Federation feature but down the line I will using QMM to setup calendar sync job. So the query is should I wait for the Quest Calendar sync do the job or I need to configure Free/Busy using native feature?

    I would say the Calendar sync is important for your resource mailboxes (meeting rooms etc. - if these are used) because you (normally) cannot book these across the Exchange orgs.  Otherwise, you should be fine to rely on the native Inter Org availability initially.

    So do I need to setup intially Inter Org between the exchange Servers in Forest A and Forest B? or I can rely on Quest to do the Free/Busy and Calendar sync?
