RUM Console Discovery Task installing RUM Agent with Local System

Domain Credentials are configured in the RUM Console for Source and Target domain.  Per documentation, Discovery task should install the RUM Agent service with "Log On As" account as source domain account configured in Domain Credentials.  Using Discovery Task, the RUM Agent is installed with "Log On As" account as Local System.  This is for QMMAD 8.14.

RUM Agent .msi package created with configuration of "Log On As" account being source domain account.    This installation method works as expected.

What step am I missing?    Do the Domain Credentials account required to be in a specific format?  DOMAIN\account, FQDN\account, account@FQDN, other?
