Can I run Qorestore and replicate all my backups to and from my existing DR4300/DR6300 Appliances?

Do I get backup acceleration, dedupe and replication all together for one price? Or do I have to purchase these features individually?
Is there any general dedupe ratio I can expect from QoreStor? I know it probably depends on the data being backed up and how many backups I run. But any "ballpark" ratio based on your testing?
