Back-up failed The Replay drivers have not been loaded.

Hello,

I get a error message saying: the Replay drivers have not been loaded. I don't know how to fix this problem. The agent has been unistalled and installed 3 times, without any succes. Google won't help much either with this problem and I cannot contact support for some reason. Its asking for a product code of RR. I don't know where to find that one and the license portal isn't working...

The drivers are loaded after a reboot. Have you restarted the machine after installing the agent? If you have rebooted and you are running an older build of Rapid Recovery agent, then it's probably an issue with secureboot. If that's the case you can either use a workaround or upgrade to the latest agent version which doesn't have the issue.
