Add feature in the tool to send alert mail with high importance flag

Thanks for submitting your request. This is an existing product enhancement documented in our KB Article 77662. The Powershell script can be applied in the current release as a workaround.

I'll place a request to the Spotlight product team for a status of this product change.

I am already using PS as a workaround since from a year.
