I have a team member who has installed Spotlight 12.2 client software on the laptop. When they enter the diagnostic server information they get an error message saying they are not a member of the the Diagnostic Server Admin/Diagnostic server read-only group.
How can I get them setup with Spotlight?

Your team member's Windows account needs to be part of the one of Spotlight Diagnostic Server's Windows groups. You can find these groups under the Local Users and Groups console of the Spotlight Diagnostic Server host.
