The current default task query in web does not include the Service Domain and CSR ID. I know how to add the columns manually and to position them, but I think that they should be there by default. Without those key fields there, I have the same tasks listed multiple times (once for each of my CSRs) and I have no way of knowing which one is which just by looking at my list.
Please do one of the following:
1) Modify the default query to include Service Domain Code and CSR ID as Columns 1 & 2 - or -
2) Provide two queries (one with and one without) - but I don't know how looking at a list of tasks that are not ID'ed by Service Domain Code and CSR ID would be beneficial to anyone... How can you tell one apart from the other without having to open each one individually?
If you go with option #1 and there are people who do not want those columns, it is easier to remove them than to add them (because you don't have to position them after adding them).
