Migration Manager Sync Filter Not Working

I have a source scope sync filter set:

(memberof=<GROUP DN>)

When I run a Start and Re-Sync all is okay.

But if I add members after the re-sync they do not get synced!

I do not see any errors in the DSA log either!

Any ideas?

MemberOf is not a valid attribute to use for filtering. Use an unused attribute and set it to a known value. I.E. (ExtensionAttribute13=SyncMe)

a quest consultant suggested MemberOf !

trying (msExchExtensionAttribute45=syncme)
