Restricted users unable to access Job History after Netvault 11.4 upgrade

Which privilege allows restricted users to view the  Job History page? I can access as a full administrator, but we have several restricted users that are not full administrators.

When trying to access the page, the users receive "Error: Database query failed".

 

  • Hi rwest, you need "Jobs - view backup jobs", "Jobs - View restore jobs" and maybe "Jobs - View Policies". But the error you have is not about privilege but a DB issue. Maybe a case to the support...
  • Thanks, but the accounts already have those privs. I've opened a SR and support has confirmed they're able to reproduce the issue. The only accounts able to view the "Job History" are the built-in standard NV "admin" and "default" users.
  • Hi, rwest, i have create a new account with these privileges and i don't have the same issue you have. Also tested with existing account and no issue :( i'm also in 11.4 (upgrade from 10.0.5 directly to 11.4, no 11.3 etc) hope Quest support helps you
